Group Counseling

For many people, groups are an ongoing part of their wellness plan. We are social beings, and the research is absolutely clear that having a social network where you feel safe, accepted and cared for is perhaps the single most important factor in promoting well-being. A support group can be a major part of that social network: providing motivation, inspiration and a resource for ongoing self-development.

For over thirty years, our Director, Charles Leighton, has witnessed the extraordinary and healing power of groups. Princeton Group Support Center grew out of a need to fill a void in available group programming in central New Jersey. Find more information about each of our Counseling & Support Groups below.

"Our group has touched every aspect of my life - my health, my outlook and my relationships. I've treasured every moment."
