The Princeton Group Support Center is a unique individual and group counseling center offering support and counseling groups for people with anxiety, depression, marital issues, trauma and most mental health illnesses. In addition to group support therapy, we also offer individual, one-on-one, counseling.
Our approach is integrative, using evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and interpersonal psychotherapy in combination with lifestyle management, mindfulness training and stress management. This comprehensive approach allows every individual to address the full range of body-mind needs required for lasting mental health and overall well-being.
